Service-request submissions may be stored securely for follow-up and operational recordkeeping. Submission of a request does not guarantee service, pricing, availability or completion.

APD does not sell customer information. Information may be shared with service providers only when needed to operate the business, process authorized transactions, deliver communications, or comply with law.
