Authorization and safety

APD may require proof of ownership, lawful possession or other authority before unlocking property, making keys, rekeying locks or performing similar work. APD may decline work when authorization, safety or legality cannot be reasonably confirmed.

Estimates and scheduling

Online requests are not binding appointments or final estimates unless APD confirms them directly. Prices and timing may change when the actual condition or scope differs from the information initially provided.
