APD Locksmith Terms of Use
Last updated: September 18, 2026
These Terms of Use apply to APD Locksmith’s public website at apdlocksmithomaha.org, the APD business application at app.apdlocksmithomaha.org, and APD-operated online forms, website-assistant features, customer service tools, employee and business-management features, and connected third-party integrations. By using these services, you agree to use them lawfully and consistently with these terms.
Information and online requests
The public website provides information about APD Locksmith and a way to contact or request service from the business. Website, chatbot, app or electronic submissions are not binding appointments, guaranteed estimates, or guarantees that APD can complete a particular job unless APD expressly confirms otherwise.
No guarantee of locksmith service or outcome
Locksmith capability depends on circumstances including the vehicle, key system, hardware, property condition, authorization, location, available equipment and parts, safety, and the actual condition encountered. Descriptions of services or preliminary communications do not guarantee a particular result.
Authorization, ownership and safety
APD may require proof of ownership, lawful possession, identity, authorization, or authority to act before unlocking property, originating or programming keys, rekeying locks, changing access, or performing similar work. APD may delay or decline work when authorization, legality, identity, safety, or the requested scope cannot be reasonably confirmed. Safety takes priority over scheduling or convenience.
Estimates, pricing and scheduling
Prices, estimates and scheduling information may depend on facts supplied by the customer and may change when the actual condition, required work, parts, location, authorization, or scope differs from what was originally described. A service request is not a confirmed appointment until APD confirms it.
SMS and text messaging terms
Customers who give APD Locksmith valid consent may receive SMS or text messages related to requested locksmith services. Messages may include appointment and job confirmations, technician assignment and en-route or ETA updates, service-status and completion notices, estimates or invoice notices, payment receipts, and customer-service follow-up.
Message frequency varies based on service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS or text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing APD Locksmith services. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact APD Locksmith at 402-707-5393. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent are handled as described in the APD Locksmith Privacy Policy and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
APD website assistant and automated features
APD may provide automated or AI-assisted features to answer general questions, organize information, prepare drafts, or assist with business workflows. These tools are intended to assist people, not replace required authorization, safety checks, professional judgment, or final APD confirmation. Automated answers may be incomplete or incorrect. Users should not rely on an automated response as a guarantee of price, availability, legality, security, or successful completion of locksmith work.
APD business application
The APD business application may contain operational, customer, employee, scheduling, accounting, communication, training, inventory, or other business features. Access may be restricted according to user role and authorization. Users must protect their credentials, use only accounts and information they are authorized to access, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Connected services and OAuth authorization
Some features may connect to third-party services through OAuth or APIs. A user must authorize the applicable connection before APD accesses information made available through that authorization. Users are responsible for ensuring they have authority to connect an account and permit APD to use it for the selected business function. Users may revoke connected-account access through available APD controls or through the third-party provider.
Third-party services
Third-party platforms, payment processors, communications providers, accounting systems, Google services, and other connected providers operate under their own terms and policies. APD is not responsible for outages, changes, restrictions, account actions, or other conduct controlled by those providers. Availability of an integration may change when a provider changes its APIs, permissions, policies, or services.
Acceptable use
You may not use APD websites or applications to gain unauthorized access to accounts, property, systems or data; impersonate another person; submit information you are not authorized to provide; interfere with system security; misuse locksmith services; introduce malicious software; or use APD systems for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unsafe activity.
Customer and business information
Information handled through APD services is also governed by the APD Locksmith Privacy Policy. Users of the APD business application must handle customer, employee and business information only for authorized APD purposes and according to applicable APD policies and law.
Intellectual property
APD Locksmith names, branding, original website content, application content, and other APD materials may not be copied, represented as another business’s materials, or commercially reused without permission except where applicable law permits.
Availability and changes
APD may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue website or application features when reasonably necessary for operations, security, maintenance, legal compliance, or changes to third-party services. APD may update these terms and will post the current version with its update date.
